Eng. Mohammad Nassar- Managing Director
An entrepreneurial investor, hands-on engineer, and a philanthropic businessman with leading record of achievements of over 35+ years in impact and value brought to the business community. As a Leader, organizer, and motivator, Mr. Nassar focuses on achieving bottom-line results in intensely competitive environments. At the early start of his professional career as a Mechanical Engineer in Jordan Petroleum Refinery, he supervised the engineering, execution and delivery of a vast 43 km crude oil pipeline. His success moved him over to the engineering consulting side with the reputable Sigma Consulting Engineers as a Senior Mechanical Engineer, and finally a Chief Engineer at Electromechanical Contracting Co. prior to establishing his own company (TECCO)- a multi discipline engineering contracting firm in MEP, Civil, and General Contracting. |

Eng. Talal Al Aqqad- Head of Electrical Department
Highly accomplished Chief Electrical Engineer with 35+ years of solid track record in Engineering Contracting, Consulting, Sales and Maintenance fields. Currently heads TECCO’s Electrical Engineering Department. Expert in power systems engineering and masters the coordination of different systems during installation. Expertise in installing, testing, and commissioning high end electrical systems; Low Current Systems, Power Systems, Lightning Protection Systems, Earthling Systems and Building Management Systems among others. |

Eng. Omar Abu Najim- Head of Mechanical Department
Highly accomplished Senior Mechanical Engineer with 9+ years of solid track record with TECCO delivering demanding projects on time and within budget. Currently heads TECCO’s Mechanical Department. Focused on achieving bottom-line results in intensely competitive environments. Expertise in installing, testing, and commissioning high-end mechanical systems; Medical Gases Systems, Plumping Systems, Fire Fighting Systems, and Building Management Systems among others. Experience spans commercial, industrial, educational and health care sectors. |

Eng. Mohannad Nassar- Head of Business Development- Domestic & Regional Markets
High performance engineer armed with strong educational background and hands-on experience. Eng. Mohannad’s personal and professional characteristics along with his career aspirations of taking TECCO to a new level of achievement, have granted him the current position of the Head of Construction Management and Commercial Liaison Office. Currently leads the business development portfolio of TECCO domestically and regionally. Moreover, he is a co-sponsor and contributor of Project “Renaissance” – A large scale corporate-wide infrastructure development program within TECCO.
Eng. Mohannad started his career path as a Site Engineer in Amman’s landmark project “AL-Abdali Boulevard”, where he got full insight on the technical and practical aspects of skeleton works, then moved to be a Site Engineer at Mercedes Benz Headquarters- Jordan, where he gained experience in pre-cast concrete structures and the finishing works performed to world-class quality standards.
Mohannad has deep knowledge & research concentration on Public Private Partnerships (PPP), project finance, and funding methods of major construction projects and procurement options.
Away from engineering, Mohannad leads an active lifestyle; he uses his exceptional leadership and communications skills to contribute in planning, advocacy and organizing effort of various events ranging from cultural talks, debates, to fundraising events. |
