Thus, TECCO Became the trusted partner of KHCC when it comes to complex jobs. TECCO wasn’t the lowest bidder on this project but was the safest and most enabled amongst competitors. 

Civil Scope of Work

• Demolition and site preparation works.
• 7 cm reinforced concrete screed.
• 4 mm bituminous rolls water insulation.
• Expansion and construction joints.
• Double wall block partitions.
• Plastering.
• Light weight foam concrete flooring for roofs.
• Tiling walls and floors with polishing (terrazzo, ceramic and porcelain).

Mechanical scope of work

• Drainage and rain water system: UPVC pipes (2’ 3’ 4’), stainless steel floor drains and rain water drains and floor clean outs.
• Cold and hot water system: CPVC pipes, Valves, duravit wash basins and wall mounted water closet, Grohe mixers. All the system was connected to the existing water system successfully and without interruptions.
• HVAC system: AHU (2000L/s) and Fan coil units (connected to existing chilled water system), exhaust fans with the associated ducting network and grills.
• Chilled and heating water system: black steel seamless pipes, valves, pumps, fiber glass thermal insulation, galvanized steel cladding.
• Firefighting system: Recessed wall mounted fire hose real cabinets, sprinklers, landing valves, seamless steel pipes connected to the existing system in the hospital.

Electrical Scope of Work

• Power System: final distribution panel boards, MCCs, power feeders including multi core cables and cable trays for all distribution panel boards.
• Power installation including; isolators for mechanical equipment, power socket outlets and multi-compartment floor boxes. All the system was connected to the power system successfully and without interruptions.
• Lighting System: including all lighting fixtures, emergency kits, exit signs, 60X60 LED panels, cabling, accessories and termination.
• Earthing System: Earthing system for all electrical systems.
• Data system:  telephone and data network cabling, junction boxes, outlets and full termination.
• Fire alarm: conventional fire alarm panel, smoke detectors, buzzers, break glass, control modules to override ventilation system in case of fire.
• Public address system including microphones and speakers.
• BMS system: first fix and coordination with BMS supplier.
