This Project is a 5 story building housing lecture rooms, lecture theaters, offices, common areas, administration offices, facilities, cafeteria and an internal courtyard. This project went under a value engineering process to instigate cost saving and shorter construction period. All ribbed slabs where transformed into two way post-tension solid slabs.
