This project is considered a signature project for TECCO as it was part of five other projects in the industrial free zones in Jordan in which TECCO was a main player in shaping the emerging industrial free zones and industry clusters

Electrical scope of work: supplying, installing and commissioning lighting system, power system, data and telephone system, fire alarm system, lightning protection system and 11 KV transformer substations.

Mechanical scope of work: supplying, installing and commissioning air conditioning and ventilation system, plumbing system, fire-fighting system, steam and hot water boilers, and heavy duty compressed air system.
