This project was constructed on a land with a total area of 10000 m2and on 2001 the palace was bought by the Australian government to become the Australian embassy in Amman to this date.
This project was one of the most challenging residential projects due to the high quality of works required. Scope of work included; supplying, installing and commissioning of irrigation system, internal and external lighting systems, air conditioning system, under floor heating system utilized for central heating, as well as high tech communication and security systems.
Moreover, advanced techniques were used for swimming pool filtration system along with all the electromechanical works needed for a fully operated swimming pool. In addition to the supply and installation of all systems needed for luxurious facilities such as steam room, sauna and a theatre.
