Working together for the 3rd time TECCO and the Arab Medical Center have set the foundations for a long term relation built on mutual trust and benefit. Having successfully completed the kidney Center project as well as the emergency, x-ray and endoscopy projects. The Arab Medical Center choose TECCO to build the IVF center extension.
Civil scope of works
Re-enforced concrete substructure & super structure. High quality finishes work including block partitions, plastering, tiling, decorative painting, false ceiling, wood works, and aluminum works, PVC Floors, stone façade, roof bitumen rolls water insulation.
Mechanical scope of work

Drainage and rain water system: UPVC pipes (2”, 3”, 4”), stainless steel floor drains and rain water drains, two sump pits and floor clean outs. As well as two external drainage manholes.

Cold and hot water system: CPVC pipes, Valves, water distribution cabinets including copper fittings and pex pipes (cross linked polyethylene), duravit wash basins and wall mounted water closet, Grohe mixers and showers, all the system was connected to the existing water system successfully and without interruptions.

HVAC system: New ducting network covering all the new/old part of the IVF center including diffusers and connecting the network to an existing AHU

Firefighting system: Firefighting water sprinklers, recessed wall mounted fire hose real cabinets, seamless steel pipes connected to the existing system in the hospital.
Electrical Scope of Work

Power System: Main Distribution Panel Board (MDB), power feeders including multi core cables and cable trays for all distribution panel boards. Power installation including; isolators for mechanical equipment, power socket outlets and multi-compartment floor boxes.

Lighting System: including all lighting fixtures, cabling, accessories and termination

Earthing System: Earthing system for all electrical systems

Data System : Two Wireless Internet Networks and 40 Outlets Wire Access Points

Fire Alarm System: Addressable Fire alarm panel with sounder base smoke detectors.
The Fire Alarm and Data Systems were also connected to the existing main desk of the hospital’s main systems.
