Having successfully built top quality Civil and MEP projects for Jordan Hospital, Jordan University Hospital, King Hussein Cancer Center, Arab Medical Center, Iben Al Nafees Hospital.
Shmaisani Hospital awarded the contract for the Civil finishes and MEP works of the 4th floor first extension to TECCO. The works included 15 high quality en-suit patient rooms, doctors’ room, reception, storage and other supporting facilities.
Civil Scope of Work
Demolishing existing structures, block partitions, plastering, painting, tiling, steel door frames, fire rated steel doors, wooden doors, wooden cabinets & closets, aluminum works, PVC Floors, Crash Rails, decorative false ceilings ( mineral fiber tiles, PVC tiles an gypsum board), fluid and thermal roof insulation.
Mechanical scope of work

Medical Gases system: Comprehensive Bed head units, items for a fully functional oxygen and vacuum system included; copper pipes network, Valves, AVSU (Area Valve Service Unit).

Drainage and rain water system: UPVC pipes (2’ 3’ 4’), stainless steel floor drains and rain water drains, two sun pits and floor clean outs.

Cold and hot water system: PPR pipes, Valves, water distribution cabinets including copper fittings and pex pipes (cross linked polyethylene, duravit wash basins and wall mounted water closet, Grohe mixers and showers, all the system was connected to the existing water system successfully and without interruptions.

HVAC system: Samsung Inverter split units (seventeen 1.5 to 2 TON units) with copper and condensate pipe networks, exhaust fans with the associated ducting network and grills. TECCO also relocated the main exhaust fan of the hospital moving it from the 3rd floor to the roof of the 4th floor. This work included coring and opening in structural slabs, dismantling false ceilings, dismantling old ducts, fabricating new ducts to fit the current structural obstacles and finally relocating the fan and its power services on the roof. TECCO did the job with no disruptions and successfully tested an operated the old fan again.

Firefighting system: Recessed wall mounted fire hose real cabinets, seamless steel pipes connected to the existing system in the hospital
Electrical Scope of Work

Power System: Main Distribution Panel Board (MDB), power feeders including multi core cables and cable trays for all distribution panel boards. Power installation including; isolators for mechanical equipment, power socket outlets and multi-compartment floor boxes. All the system was connected to the power system successfully and without interruptions.

Lighting System: including all lighting fixtures, cabling, accessories and termination.

Earthing System: Earthing system for all electrical systems.

Data System: Two Wireless Internet Networks and 40 Outlets Wire Access Points.

SMATV System: The PLOYTRON System Consists Of 3 Satellite Dishes Mounted On The Roof Of The hospital. The Dishes Will Receive The Signal From The HOTBIRD, ARABSAT, and NILESAT Transponders, Amplify The Signal, And Send It To A Modular Head end That Will Be Located At The Computer Room. The Digital Satellite Modules Will Be Programmed To Receive The Channels Specified From The Operator; The Main Head end Will Mix The Channels Together, And Send The Mixed Output To A Trunk Line Amplifier. This Amplifier Will Increase The Signal Level In-Order To Drive The Distribution Network. The Distribution Network Will Consist Of New Rg6/U & Rg11/U Coaxial Cables, Distribution Amplifiers, Splitters, And TV Socket Outlets With Built-In Tap-Off Units To Equalize The Signal Level At Each Outlet.

Fire Alarm System: Addressable Fire alarm panel with sounder base smoke detectors.
